1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
2. Description of Service
Our App allows users to sign up, upload or scan receipts, and view categorized information about their grocery purchases based on the NOVA food classification system. The App also provides insights based on this categorized data and expenses.
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must register for an account using your Apple or Google login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and its licensors.
6. User Content
You retain all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The information provided by the App, including the NOVA categorization, is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Euler Works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.
